This is a review by Megan's Mom on 3/2/21 (Tuesday) of the Vegan Chocolate Silk Tart & Maple Pumpkin Walnut cookie which we bought at the Farm Bakery in the Knott's California Maketplace right outside of Knott's Berry Farm in Buena Park, CA. The Maple Pumpkin Walnut Cookie was a pumpkin cookie with raisins and walnuts in the batter and maple icing on top. The Vegan Chocolate Silk Tart was also gluten-friendly and had a chocolate cookie and nut crust which was filled with chocolate silk (like mousse) and topped with boysenberries, raspberries, blueberries, and crumbles.
***Note: The Berry Market, the Farm Bakery, and the Mrs. Knott's Chicken To Go are all open for walk-up purchases (observe the social distancing markers and pay attention to the Knott's employees letting you know when you can go into each location). The Berry Market and the Mrs. Knott's Chicken To Go are available for online orders & curbside pickup. Most of the Berry Market items can also be shipped to you for a fee. Most of the Berry Market items can also be shipped to you for a fee. Mrs. Knott's Chicken Dinner, the Farm Bakery, Starbucks, and the Cable Car Kitchen have outdoor dining available only. Parking is free.
***Note: Knott's Berry Farm is only partially open (most of the areas are open except no rides are operational). The Taste of Boysenberry Festival is an outdoor food and merchandise event which is allowed under the Governor's quarantine orders. A pre-ordered Tasting Card is required for entry into the park. Parking is free. The event runs on select days from March 5 - May 2 2021 with limited hours. Knott's Berry Farm will be temporarily closed beginning March 14, 2020 through mid May (subject to change since Knott's has to follow the local & regional health directives/guidelines meaning that Knott's will not open until it is safe to do so).
