Today's subject of discussion is about EB-5 Regional Center Program for the US and the fact that on June 24,
2022, a US court has blocked the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) EB-5 policy.

On March 15, 2022, the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 was enacted. Later on, in April 2022, the US
Citizenship and Immigration Services suddenly announced on its website that all existing regional centers
were no longer authorized, effectively terminating all the regional center operations.

Also, it was announced that those approved regional centers that were looking to start a new project and sponsor
new investors had to stop and file a new application for the regional center and wait for USCIS's approval.
