Jed Johnson Tower Hike | Wichita Mountains | Oklahoma - 52 Hike Challenge - (4/52)

Today we are visiting the Wichita Mountains in Oklahoma and visiting the Jed Johnson Tower Trail. This hike is a 1.4 out and back trail which takes us to a iconic viewpoint in the Wichita Mountains. Constructed in the 1940s this tower was a part of the projects completed by the CCC in this portion of Oklahoma. Rated easy by All-Trails this hike does have a few unexpected surprises ahead so come hike with me!!
