Ketan Parekh is a name that had scammed more than 1000 crores. This is the year 2001 when Ketan, like Harshad Mehta, along with some banks, illegally took a loan of more than 1000 crores. And from that, some companies bought up to 20 to 30% shares, which ultimately increased the share prices of those companies. In view of this, other investors also started buying these shares. Due to which the price of these shares started increasing even more, and then Ketan made his profit by selling these shares at good prices. The money of the rest of the investors went into loss. Meaning a big scam happened with them.
