Hooray, time for the next range of 10!

Well next to SHO, this is probably the most beautiful Lullaby of Deserted Hell I have in my collection.

Personally I found Lullaby to be one of the more emotional Touhou songs. Some of the characters have tragic emotional backgrounds, something that's worth a fanfic maybe. Well I'm still not sure if Rin is part of them, tbh I haven't found her story THAT heart-wrenching like many people say. I mean, she did lose her best friend. But is she that unhappy about her life? The work she's doing isn't that pleasant either, but she just seems to do it, no complaints.

But nonetheless, for me, the original is one of the sadder Touhou songs. Certainly a very beautiful and expressive one and, like Border of Life, it can sound very emotional when arranged.

So the thing I usually expect when I listen to an arrangement of this is that the emotions are conveyed well (and maybe amplified because, like I said, the original isn't THAT sorrowful with the rhythm, but it has great potential to sound that way).

And that's what SHO managed to do greatly, but Liz Triangle gave the song a very different feel. ...well that's what I think it's like, I don't have the lyrics...

So what came out is a very folksy song that just floats and is a great pleasure to listen to! I love the rhythmic changes in the middle of the track and lily-an's singing shines as usual, with the clear and emotional voice she has.^^ The background vocals are very nice too, that's something that's often ignored!

And like in the Green-Eyed Jealousy arrange, the instrumentation is absolutely gorgeous. Damn, the intro is truly amazing in both of them!

It has a bit of a medieval feel, don't you think?
