In the Pantry today, a full-on and kinda' fast 30 minutes to get the body stretched out, the core firing, the balance working and the mind focused.
This is designed specifically with Ballet dancers in mind, however, anyone that's up for a little 30-minute challenge is welcome to give it a go. Maybe watch it through once to get the feel of it, then roll out your mat and let your breath guide you through the movements.
