Sit comfortably in a meditative state, focus on your breath, turn your attention inward. With inhaling, begin chanting the words ‘Om Mani Padme Hum’ slowly, or as in the mantra I chanted in a rhythm by gradually expanding your attention to its script and meaning.
While in meditation, imagine that your chanting is reaching all the living beings in this universe and they are being relieved from all the sufferings. Slowly, after completing 108 rounds (1 cycle of the beads), you can end your meditation with deep breathing or if want to continue then keep the rosary aside just do it in free flow but with full awareness .. then when you feel heavy and sleepy then keep mum and feel the energy vibrations in and around the body ..

The wisdom that recognizes impermanence, wisdom that acknowledges people lack the capacity for self-sufficiency or substantial existence, the knowledge that realizes the emptiness of duality—that is, the separation of the subjects and objects of interaction—and wisdom that recognizes the emptiness of inherent existence.
