It's time to revel in the festivities with "Kaakarattan" and celebrate the biggest festival for Tamilians worldwide.

"Kaakarattan" celebrates the joy of Pongal through the experiences of two girls: one from the village, represented by the amazing Rajalakshmi Senthilganesan, and another from the city, represented by the talented Vidya Vox. For the village girl, who has just moved to the city, Pongal is about adjusting to a new place and starting a new chapter of life with her friends. While for the city girl, Pongal this year is about rejoicing in nature's beauty, celebrating traditions and reliving her childhood. We may come from different places and have our own unique ways of celebrating festivals, but the music of nature is the one common unifier. "Kaakarattan" is named after a tiny white flower that thrives in adversity and is in abundance during the Pongal time.

This heartwarming electro-folk song is composed by National Award winner G.V. Prakash Kumar. Tune in to immerse yourself in the colourful world of Pongal!
