With my decree, I put into effect the decision of the National Security Council regarding sanctions against two hundred people who work for the Russian nuclear company. And we are doing everything to ensure that the sanctions against the Russian nuclear industry become part of the global sanctions against Russia for the war.

It is not easy. There is some resistance. But there was a time when other restrictions against Russia seemed difficult to implement.
