Last week, Kitech Machinery successfully completed the trial run of the KCP180 crushing and pelletizing system, customized for an foreign furniture injection molding recycling manufacturer.

The Production Processes
BOPP film is crushing via a AGF crusher, material is transferred through a transfer hopper to the pelletizing machine. A belt conveyor feeds it into the cutting and compactor for further processing, followed by heating and plasticizing in a double-stage extruder. The melt is then cut into uniform pellets by a water ring pelletizing, dried via a vibration drying system, and finally stored in the Euro-hopper dryer.

Test Results:
✅ The recycled pellets showed excellent quality:
