Cryopreservation is a strictly monitored and gradual process controlled by a computer program. The storage facility of the preserved samples is basically a concrete bunker, which will resist any natural catastrophe. As an added precaution, samples are divided and stored in two separate locations. Only five Cryo-Save employees are allowed to enter the storage facility and must provide fingerprint identification. The samples rest in the containers at about -196 degrees Celsius.
