PART 3 THE HONDA TLR200 REFLEX PROJECT CONTINUES. I CNC PLASMA CUT AND TURN NEW PARTS ON THE LATHE.

Описание к видео PART 3 THE HONDA TLR200 REFLEX PROJECT CONTINUES. I CNC PLASMA CUT AND TURN NEW PARTS ON THE LATHE.

Well, I got my hands on an old Honda TLR200 REFLEX motorcycle from the classic and collectable auctions in Australia. In part 1 we do everything we could to get the engine to run.

In part 2, I do everything we can to get the HONDA TLR200 up to speed so we can take it for a test run and to see what else needs to be fixed.

In Part 3, I change the oil, clean out the rotor filter, true up the clutch cover, remove airbox, install a new pod filter, realign the header pipe and install, clean the carb, install new O-rings on the carb boot, CNC plasma cut a number plate, turn aluminium spacers and fit the number plate.

I love restoring motorcycles. Follow along and pick up some tips!

A bit about the bike;

The Honda Reflex TLR200 is a dual purpose trials motorcycle. It sold through from 1986 to 1987.

The Honda Reflex uses an XR200 engine.

The Reflex also has the tight turning typical of other trials motorcycles. Its front wheel can almost turn completely perpendicular to the bike's. With a few modifications it is a very functional bike for motorcycle trials.

Other Honda produced trials motorcycles include the :

TL125
TL250
TL200E
TLR125
TLR250
