7 Roma tomatoes
one whole white onion
one tomatillo
one and a half pounds of flank steak
one red pepper
Chile Guaque
six white potatoes
Tomillo powder/ thyme
salt and pepper to taste
seven cloves of garlic

1/3 cup butter

water
chicken bullion
