IFBB Pros Guy Cisternino and Marco Rivera train biceps and triceps just 5 weeks out from the 2014 NY Pro. A main emphasis with this video is that both Guy and Marco don't train biceps and triceps all that heavy compared to when they train heavy squats, bench presses, etc. Guy has tried heavy weight in the past for his arms, but they get a lot of secondary training while training chest, shoulders and back, so lighter, more focused training has helped them grow.
