Today, I built a Caitlyn Seraphine deck in Bandle City! The goal of this deck is to find your peddlers, then play a bunch of cards that create spells, like Conchologist, Trinket Trade, and Songspinner! Since so many cards create more cards in hand, you'll almost never run out of value with this deck!
