Why investors lose money trading on Etoro and Trading 212 | Investing Mistakes and how to avoid them

By the official statistics in April 2021 67% of investors lose money on Etoro and 76% on Trading 212 trading CFDs.

In this video I’ll share my thoughts on why it is happening as recently investing became so accessible for everyone including complete beginners. These new trading platforms look so simple and entertaining. It is difficult to bring yourself back to the reality of how risky investment is and how important it is to understand these risks.

I will list the main investing mistakes, some of them I made myself. I hope you will learn from my mistakes and manage to avoid them in your trading or investing experience.

Etoro and Trading 212 are the best trading apps for beginner investors in the UK in my opinion. But after they warned their clients about the risks and such scary statistics, it’s only their clients responsibility to take full control over their funds.

We should always remember that investing involved risks and we should invest money we are prepared to lose.
