Why not start 2023 with another of those "Inkwell Imps" cartoons?

A live-action "mad scientist" type creates some sort of compound that does... stuff. These kind of gags would surface later in Betty Boop cartoons, e.g. Betty Boop M.D.

I really like the gags with the giraffe pushing the baby carriage. Remember: cartoons are for kids!

In the know viewers will notice a bit of a jump cut early on. ;-)
