Rasika Shekar (1989 Born) is an Indo-American flautist and singer, who plays the bansuri, an Indian bamboo flute. Rasika graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in chemical engineering from Rutgers University. She also studied jazz and flamenco music at Berklee College of Music, where she attained her Master's Degree in performance.

Shankar Mahadevan (1967 Born) is a composer and playback singer who is part of the Shankar–Ehsaan–Loy composing trio team for many Indian films. Mahadevan graduated in 1988 with a degree in computer science and software engineering from the Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology in Navi Mumbai, affiliated to Mumbai University, and was a software engineer for Leading Edge.
