Basically in rogue mode, you don't have like bunch of item to start with the run and getting the S ranks in this game are pretty rough if you didn't use any seed. If you play the game below than Core difficulty or you if use a seed, you will get a stamps that tells you that you've played the game with a handicap.

For the S Rank requirements in Rogue Mode, it's basically the same as story mode, don't take too much damage, don't miss too many enemies and get a very high combo.

For Eagle Rogue, it's basically a full game with all the bosses where you start with randomize biomes and your run ends when you kill the TLB. So it's basically like an hour run and the difficulty of the run depends on the biome especially for the final fight because if you get like a bad biome (snow biome), you're gonna be in a rough time because for the TLB fight, all of the attacks are different for each of the biomes.

This is also done with my friends watching my run on discord and at that time, I was having some bad internet connection issue when I'm streaming the run so I had to pause the run for several times, apologies for that. I almost choke at the final boss again though damn.
