We proudly present our last video of the Heinz Dürr Award #HDA in the category "innovation" - Congrats to our colleagues from Dürr Germany who innovated a technology that enables overspray-free painting. 🏆

The treatment of the air inside the paint shops and the disposal of the overspray, which is produced during paint application with atomizers, leads to a tremendously high energy consumption. In addition, the use of mask tapes creates unnecessary waste. Since much less air has to be treated during overspray-free painting, the energy consumption in a paint booth can be reduced by 50 to 65 percent and prior masking is no longer necessary. 💡💪 Regardless of whether the varnish is applied on a large surface or sharp edge, there are no losses on the surface. Furthermore, two-colour coatings can be carried out fully automatically – faster, more energy and resource saving than before. 👌 What a great innovation!
