Good morning siblings, it is yet another Sunday. Today we have a special guest by the name of Shakiya aka Purity Vanity. She is truly a friend and sister of mine. We are polar opposites but we balance one another out.

This is a real talk session about the 10 things we learned in our season of singleness; there is so much to learn and so many ways to grow in this season but we just wanted to list a few. Singleness is a gift from God but we too struggled with accepting this gift. We both wanted new gifts called marriage because we no longer wanted to play with singleness, it lost its excitement and all the married people would say take your time, don't rush this season, singleness is great! Those words of encouragement gave me a bitter feeling but we soon learned to stop fighting the process and to embrace it. We know the frustration, loneliness, feeling forgotten by God, overlooked, mishandled, mistreated, devalued and every other emotion singles go through and the best part is we can relate because we are in the same boat. Shakiya and I have learned how to reconstruct our row boat of singleness into the yacht of singleness and create the best experiences in our season of singleness.
