Located in the North Ga mountains near the town of Clayton GA, the Sandy Ford Road is a gravel dirt road that is best tackled with a vehicle with some ground clearance and 4x4 capability. Along Sandy Ford Road, users can take in amazing views of the North GA mountains, see country homes with animals like cows and horses grazing in the fields, hike to Dick's Creek Falls along the Batram Trail, and then drive to the Chattooga River that separates Georgia and North Carolina.
