The biggest fish feeding steel barge

Marketex Marine, the subsidiary of BLRT Grupp, manufactured the 40 metre x 12 metre x 850 metrix ton barge on a turnkey basis for AKVA group and the barge is handed over to the customer on schedule. The barge is delivered ready for operation following F.A.T, and function testing of all its systems completed at the yard before it is towed to and put into commission at Grieg Seafood in Norway.

During the past 10 years Estonian specialists have manufactured over 250 barges for the fish farming industry, that have successfully operated in different environments throughout the world. Approximately 100 of these barges were manufactured for AKVA group.
