First is bringing the problems of office at home- the same corporate head. It is just childish because our mind often lives in past or in future i.e. tomorrow, I am gona do this or that to him or boss etc.

After all, maids also work in a shift..And those sleepless nights, in case of infants (upto 2 years) would tire the hell out of couples. In case of kids upto 10 years of age..it is frequent pestering! Remember, next day you have to go to your office and work like a corporate commando!
If you are living in joint family..then nature of problem is different. You can entrust your mom or mom in law with your kids and go out for some ice-cream or some coffee or take a stroll in the park. But in larger chunk of our middle class North Indian society, the woman is expected to cook for all. This is simply torturous.
Working couples often miss their present moment in the expectation of buying iPhone 8 or some new Range Rover or planning a trip to some fine Austrian village in Alps.
Future financial and medical security is the monstrous constant in the background because India is becoming a den of diseases (thanks to our so-called westernized eating habits; burgers/pizzas, wraps, craps etc.). Working couples know that they are not Kings/Indian Politicians so they get stressed while thinking of their fifties.
To plan for pregnancy (normal deliveries are so uncommon now) and raising a kid is another big issue faced by this section.
Aspirations are many, dreams are many! They tend to live in their head.
All tend to get sympathy at workplace or typical Friday parties. Those who are vulnerable run into affairs and just get uprooted.
There are many points but this would be the sum and substance..Lastly, they don’t know why are they working- out of passion or for a living or just cause they are a BE or an MBA.. Their routine is like “Kolhu ka bail”. From where they are coming and where they are going….They hardly have a look at their core.
