Law, Disorder, and Corruption - The Long Beach Chronicles. Details the "bait and switch" of medical marijuana ordinance in Long Beach, California. After that, he says the whole ordinance is against federal law. He then pushes through the ordinance after fighting with various council members. The Long Beach police have now issued hundreds of criminal citations to patients who do not have "permits." A select few who appear to have large sums of money and who have built gigantic marijuana factories in Long Beach have been allowed to operate without bother by the police or city officials. Patients operating in accordance with California's attorney general guidelines are the people who have been raided, attacked, and arrested.
