This light language transmission is intended to assist those who experience POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) and to heal it multidimensionally. POTS is a condition that causes your heart to beat faster than normal when you transition from sitting or lying down to standing up. Normally, when you stand up, gravity causes about 10% to 15% of your blood to settle in your abdomen, legs and arms. This means that less blood reaches your brain, which can cause brief lightheadedness. If you don’t have POTS, this lightheaded feeling doesn’t happen often because your leg muscles help pump blood back up to your heart, but those with POTS tend to pool a larger amount of blood in the vessels below their heart when they stand. This imbalance can cause many different symptoms such as dizziness, fainting, and exhaustion. Metaphysical reasons for POTS include a lack of joy, and a belief in strain and stress. The heart represents our center for love and security, while blood represents joy in the body and the ability to have it flow freely. Fatigue and fainting also relate to joy in feeling that life is either too boring or too much to handle and there is no happy medium of joyful expression in the middle of that duality. This light language energy relieves and transmutes the symptoms of POTS multidimensionally (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual) for a more joyous experience in every moment.
