Lisa the Joyful: Definitive Edition - Yado (Joyless, True Ending)

The True Ending can be accessed by killing Harry and finding the joy mask in the green house, after that right as you enter the area with the band go and jump off the cliff to the left and equip the joy mask.
Once that's done after the cutscene is finished, go all the way left and you will enter into brads neighborhood and there once you go into Marty's house go into lisa's room and check the bed.
Exploring the house more, you will find a flesh mound where you can use the item that you get after beating the secret boss.
Going behind the mound will teleport you to a white landscape with flowers,
once you find a red flower, use the item you found in lisa's room on the flower.
You now have access to the True Ending of Joyful.
