Self discovery through authentic creative expression... some thoughts 💟🍃🌱🎶

These are some personal reflections I felt like sharing about the creative process. The intention of authentic self expression can be challenging for many reasons and trying to find ways to balance and honor all aspects of the Self that come to the surface as and when they do has led to a rethink in approach recently for me so this is a step in a new direction that feels more like freedom to the soul....

I have recently started to see creating art or music as one aspect of the whole and sharing those creations in any way (for me by releasing them on a site like this) as the completion of the circle.
This means they can then be fully let go and released from the mind and the energy they were using can be reintegrated which frees me to move on to the next.
So this new intention is to share some more in the moment stuff that comes to mind as well as the studio based content I have been making previously as well.
All with the singular intention of allowing my voice to be expressed as it is. Which I have not done fully for far too long.
These videos will be my way of honoring the Self..as it is.
We are all works in progress and I feel that embracing Self acceptance and releasing Self judgement is key to the evolution of consciousness at this time...

All channel content is written, recorded and produced from my home studio in Yorkshire or in the surrounding nature outdoors.
I am passionate about utilizing vibration as a tool to alchemize experience into positive energy that funnels back into the collective.
Music has a transformative power and has been used throughout the ages to heal and inspire the soul. I believe it can bridge the gaps between the aspects of our selves and help to unify our frequency.
This in turn can ripple out and be recognized by likeminded souls that resonate with it and that sharing brings benefit to the whole.
It has been a truly powerful process so far and has led to much joy and a grateful heart.
