A gem I have been so excited to share - Mama Lena came to SLAY on this day. I absolutely think this is one of the best performances of her career, and I think this is better than the more famous victories she had at the time against Lindsay Davenport, Mary Pierce, Kim Clijsters (yes I think this is better than Filderstadt), and Amelie Mauresmo.
Most of the games Myskina won were mostly due to missed returns as Elena was going for broke on almost every return. I hope you enjoy this round of Peakmentieva. Of course she would bizarrely only win 4 games against Schiavone the next day, but that was Elena too...
