In this video we are making kashmiri wazwan recipe Goshtaba and rista recipe. Gushtaba and rista is authentic Kashmiri delicacy. Hammering the meat very fine and adding some spices we make make the balls. Bigger balls for goshtaba and smaller one for rishta recipe. These balls are boiled with a bag of spices in water for more than two hours to make the balls tender and cooked thoroughly. Smaller tender balls cooked with spices and tomato gravy adding the yakhni and bigger tender balls cooked in flavourful fresh yogurt gravy called goshtaba. These dishes are prepared on important occasions like Muslim wedding in Kashmir valley.
But today we prepared in our kitchen garden and this recipe made us surprise with it's flavour and the texture.
