Chợ Lớn - Saigon’s Chinatown - is preparing for its most beautiful time of the year.

Following the journey in Part 1, I return to these familiar streets to witness the neighborhood awakening for the Lunar New Year (Tết). In this 23-minute slow walk, the red lanterns are being hung, calligraphy ink is flowing, and the aroma of traditional festive treats fills the air.

There is still no rush and no script. Just the authentic sounds of Chợ Lớn: the clinking of noodle bowls, the quiet whispers inside ancient pagodas, and the vibrant colors of a community preserving its soul.

This is a nostalgic journey into the heart of the Authentic Tết Festival.
