Ruth Cracknell AM accepts the TV Week Logie Award for Most Outstanding Actress.

In 1994 Cracknell was also recognised as the Most Popular Comedy Personality with Mother and Son co-star Garry McDonald awarded Most Outstanding Actor.

The 36th TV Week Logie Awards were held at the World Congress Centre, Melbourne on Sunday 17th April 1994. This was the first, and last, time the event was held in a theatre setting rather than as a major dinner. It was universally declared not to have been a success.
