If you find yourself procrastinating on important things, you've got lots of projects and not sure where to start, you have ADHD, or feel frazzled, overwhelmed, and frustrated, then you can use brain dumping to help you get things done.

This process is based off the Getting Things Done by David Allen book (highly suggest). However, the book can feel a bit overwhelming as the GTD process has a lot of steps. Those of us with ADHD and/or really busy lives struggle with many of the steps. But the brain dumping process is by far one of my most favorite and utilized tools to get things done.
