Bridgetowne Giant Statue Update

The Opus Mall, a luxury shopping center rising in Bridgetowne District is now almost finished. It is a commercial masterpiece developed by RHK Land combining local and international interior design themes. The Velaris Residences is walking distance from this high-end mall.


RLC is targeting to open the Opus mall, a premier upscale mall in the second half of the year.

The five-story mall features approximately 50,000 square meters of leasable space.


Bridgetowne estate’s office offerings as it is also set to complete the buildings of its GBF Center 1 and 2 buildings.


The Pasig City Hall will undergo reconstruction and will be transformed into a complex that would have open spaces to accommodate children and evacuation and senior citizen centers, among others.

The Pasig City Hall Campus’ conceptual design features — open and green spaces for citizens, evacuation and senior citizen halls, earthquake-proof buildings, a fountain, and food stalls, among many others.

The new Pasig City Hall Campus plan addresses structural concerns and includes re-envisioning of the city market and their iconic viewing tower.


GBF Center 1 is a 30-story prime office development registered with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA). The office tower will be connected to the GBF Center 2 thru basement and podium parking floors, ground floor retail, and 9th floor common deck for the two towers.


The 45-story Velaris Residences, a joint project of RLC with HongKong Land, targeted at the upscale market.

RLC has also partnered with Shang Properties Inc. to build the Haraya Residences.

Other residential projects to rise in the Bridgetowne estate include the 40-story tall Cirrus Residences and the newly-launched Le Pont Residences.

In addition, Bridgetowne will also be home to the 300-room 5-star Fili Hotel.
