I suppose you could say that I've always had don't-tell-me-it-can't-be-done attitude...

I don't think it manifests in an arrogant way (most of the time!), but in full transparency, I've always struggled with a world full of people who accept the status quo and don't chase their dreams. I know that it's a privilege to be able to chase my dreams, and I know that there are many strong reasons why a person wouldn't or perhaps couldn't chase their dreams, but I've always figured that I have one life. If I have to die in pursuit of my dreams, so be it. At least I died in pursuit of my dreams rather than settling for the status quo.

And for some reason, not pursuing my dreams eats me alive...I have a hard time swallowing life when it's not in pursuit of something incredible that flows from my heart.
