The Modified Rom Sonic 3: D.A. Garden Edition, first released in 2015, comes to Sonic 3 A.I.R! This mod, with approval from and made in correspondence with the original creator, brings plenty of new content to both the A.I.R. and D.A. Garden Edition experience:

• From Angel Island Zone to The Doomsday Zone, enjoy a full game's worth of new level layouts and special stages adjusted for A.I.R.'s widescreen ratio and feature set.
• New times of day and weather give old settings a fresh feel. Aesthetic changes can be disabled via the Options menu if desired.
• Level layouts from the original Modified Rom have been adjusted to maintain flow and reintroduce zone gimmicks.
• Knuckles' campaign contains a more difficult game! More than one Eggrobo is out to keep Knuckles at bay, and a new set of Blue Spheres special stages will test your mind and reflexes. Difficulty changes can be disabled via the Options menu if desired.
• Enter the Challenges menu to prove your speed supremacy in two distinct modes! Find the fastest paths in a straightforward Time Attack mode, or tackle Time Stone Trial mode and collect timer-stopping Mini Time Stones without losing your rings. Credit to AirWay1 for the Custom Menu Framework.
• Looking to submit to speedrun.com? Select 100% Speedrun mode from the main menu to remove many cutscenes and level transitions from the Normal Game mode, or select Any% Speedrun mode to remove giant rings as well. Livesplit users can use S3AIR - D.A. Garden Edition as their game name for autosplitter compatibility with either mode. Credit to ElspethThePict for her Custom Text Display mod.
• Play a dedicated Green Sphere game mode to prove your special stage supremacy. Credit to Fred Bronze for his original take on green spheres.
Select Classic Mode from the main menu to ignore all the bells and whistles and play the original ROM hack as it was in 2015. Most A.I.R. settings will be ignored in Classic Mode.

v1.8.1.1 (Main Menu Update) includes:
• Overhaul - Main menu redesigned for clarity.
• Bugfix's - Fixed minor graphical and camera issues in Classic Mode, 100% ending Angel Island Zone cutscene no longer shows erroneous waterfall graphics, Incorrect pixels removed in non-extended default HUD, and 100% Speedrun emerald counter HUD no longer appears in Any% Speedrun.
• Adjustment - Collision altered in Carnival Night Zone to prevent potential softlocks.

This'll be considered the first time going through Hard Mode at 100%. Will say this in advance, there was only 1 mistake in one of the special stages from a bit of confusion so I skipped a small portion. There will be 2 potential future showcases from this mod, Challenge Mode & possibly a Green Sphere marathon.
