Every morning many places start out with a safety meeting of some sort. Whether it be called a toolbox talk, safety moment or something similar to the same effect.

However some have either never heard of this, or know WHY we do this. So in this video we discuss the more common reasons as to WHY we do this, WHAT they are for, and I even go so far as to give you several ideas of what you can use for these safety discussions to help aid you in your quest of becoming a true Health & Safety Professional.
