مكونات:
عبوة واحدة من عجينة الكنافة
40 جرام سمن
20 جرام شراب السكر
500 جرام جبن عكاوي

لتحضير شراب السكر:
2 كوب سكر
1 كوب ماء
عصير ليمون
ملعقة صغيرة ماء ورد
نصف ملعقة صغيرة ماء زهر

one pack of kunafa dough
40 grams ghee
20 grams sugar syrup
500 grams akkawi cheese

For the sugar syrup:
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
lemon squeeze
one teaspoon rose water
half teaspoon orange blossom water
