rentry image frame overlay tutorial !! (using ibis paint)

heyhey so i should specify here, you could totally do this on ur desktop as well. whether u use an emulator to run ibis like i am on the vid, or just use another drawing program. it is definitely possible to do this on desktop without a photo editing program like Photoshop. i've used krita, clip studio, and fire alpaca, and while the process is a bit different for each one, it is still possible to get the same result from all of them. i encourage you to mess around with the settings too, maybe you'll find a quicker way to do it than what i'm showing u here !

you can also add like other pictures on top of it too and make a collage and shit. the key is using png files, cause it allows the transparent background. you can get any picture and erase all the unneeded or unwanted shit, and as long as you use a png file and make sure it has a transparent background, it can be used in rentry as an asset that works well in light and dark mode. hope this helps u in ur editing journey, friends !
