How to make Biscoff Ice Cream Sandwich

✅Ingredients:

Biscoff cookies
2 packs (250ml/pack) Nestle All-purpose cream, very cold
½ can (7oz) condensed milk, chilled
4 tablespoons Biscoff cookie butter

✅Instructions:

Line a pan with parchment paper, with 1-inch overhang on the sides. Arrange Biscoff cookies in a single layer with the top side down. Set aside.

Using a chilled bowl, add Nestle all-purpose cream, ½ can (7oz) condensed milk, and Biscoff cookie butter. Using a hand mixer on low speed, whip until stiff peaks form and the mixture doubles in size.

Crush 8 Biscoff cookies and add them to the whipped cream. Gently fold in, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.

Spoon the cream mixture on top of the cookies and spread it evenly. Arrange a layer of Biscoff cookies, top side up, over the cream, making sure to align the cookies with the bottom layer. Cover with plastic film and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.

Once chilled and hardened, lift from the pan using the overhang. Cut into serving sizes and wrap individually with aluminum foil. Serve and enjoy.
