Everything looks better when it's wet! ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

During practice in the morning, although the drizzle threatened us, the karts on circuit helped to keep the track dry. However, a short break and a drivers briefing later, the track was saturated for qualifying.
Deciding on a mostly wet setup - the kart shone at the start of the race - moving from 11th to 9th.
As the track dried, the kart was more difficult to control, but rain soon came back to lend us a helping hand.

As fog rolled in and visibility became a concern for the marshals and the organisers, the race was halted to ensure safety.

On the restart, the dryer track and the surprise standing start (i was nattering in Jamie's ear - he didn't hear the briefing!) caused us a few places.
But with the weather giving us a little of everything - it really was anyone's race until the very last lap!
