Ingredients:
Portobello Mushrooms
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Shallot
3 Cloves Garlic
1 lb Pork, Beef and Veal Mix
2 Tbsp cream cheese
1 1/2 Cups Mozzarella
1 Egg
Salt and Pepper to taste
Garlic and Onion Powder to taste

Instructions:
Take the stems out of the mushrooms and set the caps aside
Mince the stems
Mince the garlic and shallot
In a cast iron skillet, heat olive oil on med/high heat, add mushroom stems, garlic and shallot
Add meat mixture and seasonings, cook til meat is brown
Add mozzarella and remove excess oil
Remove mixture and put it in a bowl to cook down
Add more mozzarella if you want
Mix in the cream cheese and the egg
Stuff the mushrooms
Put the stuffed mushrooms in the oven on 400F for 20 minutes
