Background Information: Max, a professional barber is randomly struck by a killer because he refused to give a client a free haircut and called the police on him. Katie, a wife, no kids was struck by the killer for refusing a customers order at her job, Gas N' Go and called the cops as well. The Storm Killer wanted Revenge, and he got it... But justice came for him. The counties justice officials became real tired of these murders, and decided to task force their enforcement teams. They did not want anyone else to get hurt and decided they needed to move quickly, and decided to search all of the known areas used by criminals and fugitives.
