4 pieces of beef bone marrow (preferably grass-fed and organic)
1 tablespoon beef tallow or ghee
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the beef tallow or ghee.
Once the fat has melted, place the bone marrow pieces in the skillet.
Sear for 5–6 minutes until the marrow begins to soften and turns golden.
Flip the bones and cook for another 3–4 minutes on the other side until the marrow is fully cooked and tender.
Season with salt and serve immediately, enjoying the rich, nourishing marrow.
