INGREDIENTS:
Soya Chaap= 600 gm
FOR THE PASTE:
Oil= 2 tbsp
Green Cardamom= 4
Bay Leaf= 1
Black Cardamom= 1
Cinnamon Sticks= 1 inch
Black Pepper= 1/2 tsp
Onion= 1
Cashew Nut= 50 gm
Char Magaz= 50 gm
Green Chilly= 2
Water= 1/2 cup

FOR THE GRAVY:
Oil= : 3 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste= 1 tbsp
Water= 1 cup
Curd= 100 gm
Butter= 2 tbsp
Salt= 1/2 tsp
Kasuri Methi= 1 tsp
Fresh Cream= 4 tbsp
Fresh Coriander= 2 tbsp
