Hau's Kitchen - Episode 9 - Country Style Beef Burgers

Ingredients list: Note that the ingredients are for 3 people.

Veggies
2x Potato (Cut into chips)
3x Tomato (sliced)
1x Onion (sliced)
Canned Beetroot (sliced)

Chips seasoning
Five Spice powder
Chicken powder (Knorr brand)

Beef Pattie
500g Beef mince
1 1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Corn flower
1 tsp Sugar
1x Onion (diced)
1tsp Knorr Chicken Powder
1 tsp Cracked pepper
1 egg
1/2 Cup Bread Crumb
2 Tb Water
(mix together with hands throughly)

Burger Sauce
2 Tb Mayonnaise
1 tsp Hot english mustard
1 tsp Tomato sauce
