For a little something different than classic pork or shrimp wontons, this recipe starts with chicken filling. It comes together really quickly with the help of a food processor & it's seriously amped up on flavor thanks to aromatic add-ins like scallion & shiitake mushrooms.

At my house, we love serving these chicken wontons with a spicy chili sauce made with homemade Sichuan chili oil (seriously so delicious & fun to make!), but you can also enjoy these wontons in a bowl of soup – whatever you love most. ♡ Happy cooking!
