How to die happy | Madlena Komitova | TEDxVitosha

Описание к видео How to die happy | Madlena Komitova | TEDxVitosha

A funny and very honest talk about life and death. What do people regret on their death beds? Above all, what they didn't do. Madlena Komitova, who manages homes for the elderly, shares her experience of caring for senior citizens in Vienna with a lot (a lot!) of spunk and sense of humor. The main lesson is deceptively simple: don't postpone for tomorrow what you dream to do today. She is the manager of Vienna’s homes for the elderly and takes care that the 15 000+ people there live out their days happy, active and with a smile on their face. She is also the captain of the Austrian national gourmet team, a former basketball player and now – an enthusiast dancer, hopping to songs from the Bulgarian folklore. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
