Texas AG sues Travis County for alleged secret meeting on DA security funds

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit against the Travis County Commissioners Court, alleging violations of the Texas Open Meetings Act regarding the approval of security funds for District Attorney Jose Garza.
