The USS HOOD Legacy

There are a lot of Starship in service to the Untied Federation of Planets and a small percentage of them are legacy vessels. Starfleet ships named after those that came before. The most well known vessel is the Enterprise, but there are others.
This is a quick look on into one of my favorite ships, the USS Hood and its lineage as a naval, constitution and excelsior class vessel.
